   Our Policies

• Check out time is noon

• We do not allow smoking in our suites, but each has private access to the outside verandas where smoking is permitted.

• We do accept pets and children.

• We have limited handicap access.
  

Cancellation

If your plans should change, we request that you call us at least 48 hours in advance of your check-in time. We will charge your credit card for one night's stay if you do not cancel and we could have rented your room.
